Visualization of leadership quality and effectiveness
Whether leadership is transactional, situational, collegial, participative, etc… is not so important. What is important is that it is effective.
All leadership situations can be checked to see whether they are effective. The Leadnow Navigator shows exactly this: It visualizes the effect of leadership actions (e.g. self services) and thus provides effective feedback to the manager. Anonymized feedback from all managers can be displayed on the Navigator in the form of point clouds and provide the organization with feedback on leadership quality.
